Abstract:	Shapefile showing boundaries of world timezones with attributes giving the identity of each timezone and UTC offset.
Lineage:	Shapefile distributed at http://efele.net/maps/tz/world/ under a public domain dedication license was downloaded. This Shapefile has a TZID attribute identifying timezone e.g. America/Chicago. Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zone.tab was used to add a UTC_OFFSET attribute to the Shapefile giving standard time offset in each timezone from Coordinated Universal Time. Summer time will differ from this value.
